The Dacity Coin ($AUDACITY) team holds two positions. The dev wallet holds 3.42% of the supply and is not locked. Another 18.37% sits in a Jupiter Lock that nobody can cancel. It starts unlocking on 19 November 2026 and is fully released on 19 December 2026. Both are public on Solscan.

Until the cliff on 19 November 2026, none of these tokens can move. After that, one thirtieth unlocks every day and the recipient wallet can claim it. On 19 December 2026 the lock is empty.
Can the team cancel the lock?
No. The lock was created with cancelling and changing the recipient both set to nobody. These settings are fixed when a Jupiter Lock is created and are stored on-chain in the escrow account.
Can anyone create new tokens or freeze wallets?
No. The mint authority and the freeze authority of the $AUDACITY token are both renounced. The supply is fixed at 1,000,000,000 tokens and no wallet can be frozen.
How can you check this yourself?
- Open the lock on Jupiter. It shows the amount, the schedule and the recipient.
- Open the escrow account on Solscan to see the tokens it holds.
- Open the dev wallet on Solscan and check its $AUDACITY balance.
- Open the token on Solscan. The holders tab lists every wallet and its share, and the token details show that mint and freeze authority are renounced.
